HPL Compact is a material made from several layers of special papers impregnated with thermosetting resins and compressed under pressure. When pressed under pressure and heated to a temperature of 140–150 degrees, the resins evenly impregnate all layers of kraft paper. After pressing, the resulting sheet is placed on a conditioning tray. Depending on the thickness of the sheet, conditioning takes from 12 hours to several days.
The result is HPL Compact, monolithic in its internal texture, resistant to mechanical stress and fading in the sun.
