Manufacturing HPL Compact Slotex

HPL Compact is a material made from several layers of special papers impregnated with thermosetting resins and compressed under pressure. When pressed under pressure and heated to a temperature of 140–150 degrees, the resins evenly impregnate all layers of kraft paper. After pressing, the resulting sheet is placed on a conditioning tray. Depending on the thickness of the sheet, conditioning takes from 12 hours to several days.

The result is HPL Compact, monolithic in its internal texture, resistant to mechanical stress and fading in the sun.

Depending on the decor, the compact laminate will be embossed, making the surface look like a natural material, wood or stone.

A protective layer that increases the wear resistance of surfaces. Overlay withstands up to 150 revolutions, overlay with corundum – up to 1000 rpm.

Decorative coating

Decorated layer made by gravure or digital printing. Digital printing allows you to create decors without pattern repetition.

Kraft paper bag

The kraft paper package determines the thickness of the decorative plastic. The surface of the product becomes more impact resistant.

HPL Сompact Slotex is distinguished by its versatility in application. Sheets can be used to make furniture, kitchen worktops, wall panels, stair treads, window sills.

Series e1

The e1 series represents classic decors that are already known to the market.
The collection combines the well-known decors of the Classic series and the novelties of 2020.
In decorative plastic, all decors of the e1 series are available for order in the format 3050*1320 mm from 1 sheet.
Decorative board materials (DPM) of the e1 series are by default available to order in a length of 3000 mm.

e2 series - decors created according to the latest exhibition trends.
The familiar One series has been supplemented with new products for 2020 (28 decors). In total, there are 49 decors in the e2 collection.
All decors are made with the addition of corundum, for greater surface protection against abrasion.
In decorative plastic, all decors of the e2 series are available for order in the format 3050*1320 mm from 1 sheet.
Decorative board materials of the e2 series are available by default in lengths of 3000 mm and 4200 mm.

The e3 series is an upgraded Premium series.
There are currently 41 decors in e3, 14 of which are new. All decors in this series have antibacterial properties.

Series möbius

Möbius is a collection of Slotex decors in soft-touch surfaces.
The collection includes 49 decors: 30 monochromes and 19 decors with a velvety surface imitating stone, wood and other structures.
This is a designer material system with an ultra-matte surface and low light reflection, combined with a soft touch fingerprint-resistant effect.
